📌 Service Terms
Booking & ConfirmationAll cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance.
A confirmation email or text will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
Cleaning ExpectationsOur team will provide thorough cleaning based on the selected service package.
Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time (key entry, door code, or someone present).
If any special requests or focus areas are needed, they must be communicated before the scheduled cleaning.
Pricing & PaymentPayment is due at the time of service unless a subscription plan has been arranged.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
Subscription plans require prepayment for the month and auto-renew unless canceled 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address any concerns at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, fragile items, or excessive clutter that prevents proper cleaning.
📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
CancellationsAppointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
Subscription customers are allowed one free cancellation per month, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice.
ReschedulingRescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee.
If rescheduled within the allowed timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time.
No-Show PolicyIf our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property, it will be considered a missed appointment, and a 50% charge will apply.
Service RefusalOur cleaners reserve the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or if conditions are unsanitary beyond normal cleaning expectations.
